- 14-day return policy – items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- How to return – contact us first at admin@tyresupplies.co.nz or via our contact form. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
- Shipping costs – return shipping is your responsibility. We can provide a label if needed.
- Exclusions – consumables, custom orders, hazardous materials, shipping fees, services and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Damages/issues – please inspect on arrival and contact us immediately if there’s a problem.
- Restocking fee - we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% at our discression.

Tighten wheel nuts to the correct torque the first time, every time. Avoid over-torquing wheel nuts. Just attach the proper torque bar socket to your 1/2" impact wrench and tighten the nuts in proper sequence. Once correct torque is acquired, any excess torque will be absorbed by the Torque Bar. (Do not use Torque Bar for wheel removal.)
